This card is another way to think outside the box with this month's Stamp Of The Month ~ With Love! Stamp club ladies did a super job creating this card! It is difficult to see in the image, but this was done on Heavenly Blue cardstock, using Hollyhock, Star Spangled Blue, Topiary and Grey Flannel inks. If you noticed the shine - then you spotted the Liquid glass!!
