Little Spooks!

We had our team meeting today and Sally brought a make and take for us all! Isn't it just adorable?! We cut a circle for the moon and placed it on the Sunflower cardstock, then sponged over the "moon" with Sorbet Ink. Thank you Sally for such a fun card!

Brayer Technique

Stamp class worked hard learning how to manipulate the rubber brayer to get the shading they desired for this card. It was a challenging technique but everyone got the hang of it! No two cards looked the same! Thanks Lourae for the inspiration!

Chalk Popping!

Using Versamark ink and then dusting the image with chalk is a really fast technique to create simple cards. A special thanks to Michelle Bourlet for her inspiration!

Embossing

During stamp club this month we did a little embossing! It was fun to dust off the heat gun and sprinkle that embossing powder! This card design lends itself very well to embossing as it has a soft artistic flow so you don't have to worry about the detail of the embossing. We added more ink to the background using spondge daubers, as well as second generation stamping. A special thanks to Lisa Stenz for her inspiration!

Hooks!

I am so in love with Close To My Heart's Silhouette paper I thought I would try it on my boy's new backpack hooks! I wanted to keep them fairly simple.
