MojoMonday Card!

I think I will add a little bow on top before I mail this card! It is off to my sister-in-law! The frosting on the cup cake is Create-A-Shade Pearl Paint by CTMH - It is so cheap and yet it adds such a cool accent to my cards and scrapbooking pages! While the paint was still wet I trimmed little bits of confetti to look like sprinkles.
