Simple Beauty is the Stamp of the Month for March and I got this idea from a Close To My Heart consultant and just loved it! I added the Sparkle to the center because I love a little bling! My Stamp Club will be creating this card among others this month! The Celebrate stamp is from Happy Birthday Set.
